While all ERS walk-ins, in-office appointments and seminars are suspended at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions, ERS staff members are still available to assist with questions and concerns via phone and email.
If you are calling the ERS main number (443.984.3200) with a benefits-related question, such as applying for retirement, changing a beneficiary, etc., please bypass the voice message menu by pressing Option 1 so that your call will be routed directly to the Benefits department. This will allow a staff member to respond to your inquiry more quickly.
